Ottawa County Honors Employees for Customer Service

Join us in congratulating Deputy Wade Van Bragt from the Sheriff’s Office and Erin Rotman from Human Resources, who have been recognized as Ottawa County’s Outstanding Customer Service Award recipients for the second quarter of 2019. Implemented in 2012, the Customer Service initiative is one of the County’s Four C’s, along with Communication, Cultural Intelligence and Creativity. Customers can nominate an Ottawa County employee for an Outstanding Customer Service Award at miOttawa.org.
