Notice of schedule of regular meetings of the Board of Education of Fruitport Community Schools to be held during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025. To all persons interested in the meeting of the Board of Education of Fruitport Community Schools of Fruitport, Michigan, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Education of Fruitport Community Schools, 3255 E. Pontaluna Rd, Telephone 231-865-4002, will hold REGULAR MEETINGS at 7:00 P.M. on the following dates and locations according to the following schedule:

Proposed minutes of each of the meetings listed above will be available for public inspection during regular business hours, at FRUITPORT COMMUNITY SCHOOLS’ BOARD OF EDUCATION OFFICES not more than eight business days after the date of said meeting, and approved minutes of each meeting will be available for public inspection during regular business hours, at the same location, not more than five business days after the meeting at which the minutes are approved. Copies of minutes shall also be available online at our district’s web site (www.fruitportschools.net) and/or at the reasonable estimated cost of postage, printing and/or copying.
Upon oral or written request for a subscription and payment of a fee established by the Board, minutes shall be mailed to any person or business by first class mail. The subscription may be valid for up to 6 months.
This notice is given in compliance with Act No. 367 of the Public Acts of Michigan, 1976.
