Don’t miss this one-day pop-up trunk sale with live music, adult beverages, and great eats. Regional Arts Organization Hosts “Parking Lot Pop-Up” in Spring Lake Social District.
The organization behind pop-up art events in local lumber yards, boatyards, print shops, parks, and more will be popping up in Spring Lake for a trunk show and sale in the Village parking lot behind Stan’s Bar in Spring Lake.
Art in the Village: A Parking Lot Pop-Up returns to the Village on Sunday, June 23, from 1-4 pm.
Dubbed a “trunk show,” the parking lot pop-up includes LVAC painters, photographers, potters, glass artists, jewelry makers, textile artists, and more who will set up and sell work, literally, from the trunks of their cars.
The event is within the Village’s social district. Patrons can stroll with adult beverages from Stan’s, enjoy eats from Mia’s food tent, and hear live music by Bri Baron outdoors on Stan’s back patio.
“We’re excited to host this pop-up in the Village and delighted by their support of the Village, Stan’s and Mia’s in making it happen,” says Maggie Bandstra LVAC chair. “And we’re thrilled to be in the social district where shoppers can enjoy a beer, a bite, and some live music, while they shop.”
While many artists accept credit cards and digital payment (Venmo, Apple Pay, etc.), some do not. Patrons are encouraged to bring more than one method of payment.
