Road Closure: Quincy St., Lakeshore Dr. to 168th Ave., Park Twp., begins Oct. 21

Quincy St. Closure – Oct. 21-31 – Park Township

WHAT: Permitted Road Closure
WHEN: Oct. 21-31, 2024
WHERE: Quincy St., Lakeshore Dr. to 168th Ave., Park Twp.
WHY: Water Main Crossing
BACKGROUND: A private contractor has a permit to close Quincy St. between Lakeshore Dr. and 168th Ave. in Park Twp. beginning Monday, Oct. 21, 2024, in order to install a new water main crossing.
This project is expected to last through Oct. 31, 2024, however all dates are tentative and work is weather-dependent.
TRAFFIC IMPACT: Quincy St. will be closed to through traffic. The detour route will consist of Lakeshore Dr./Ransom St./Lakeshore Dr.
