Applications are now open, and selected participants will begin with a welcome orientation on September 4, 2024, followed by classes from September 5th through November 7th. Enroll in DTE Energy’s Natural Gas Balance by August 31 to help win trees for Muskegon County
That’s right! If more than 100 households or small businesses enroll in Natural Gas Balance, DTE’s voluntary cleaner energy program, the company will plant new trees in Muskegon County this fall. Natural Gas Balance helps support the development of Michigan-made renewable natural gas and promotes sound forest management in our state.

The SCORE Muskegon Chapter, in collaboration with the Muskegon Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce (MLCC) and the GVSU Muskegon Innovation Hub, is hosting a pitch competition aimed at fostering innovation and supporting start-up businesses. The event will take place on Thursday, October 17, 2024, and promises to be a pivotal moment for aspiring entrepreneurs and established small business owners. Applications are open!
